Student membership shall be open to any student enrolled in or preparing for a teacher education program in an accredited institution of higher learning. Student members shall be eligible to be voting members of the LAE Representative Assembly. The annual dues shall be set by the LAE-Student Program organization at their annual convention, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

LAE STUDENT PROGRAM ELECTS NEW STATE-WIDE OFFICERS

Earliler this fall, education majors from the LAE Student Program gathered in Alexandria for a day of networking and learning as association leaders and staff hosted a conference for the student members. 

The newly elected officers:
