LAE - Louisiana Association of Educators

The Coalition for Louisiana Public Education - aka "The Coalition" - is a newly-formed group of union leaders, school board members, legislators, superintendents, principals, current and retired teachers, school technology officers, school attendance officers, and activists. The group's goal is to ensure that all students in Louisiana have access to high-quality public education without selective enrollment.

The Coalition has been endorsed so far by LA Retired Teachers Association, LA Association of School Superintendents, LA Association of Special Education Administrators, LA Association of Child Welfare & Attendance Administrators and more than 30 school boards around the state.
