We're glad you're interested in becoming a member of Louisiana's largest professional association for teachers and education support staff! LAE membership is open to public school employees, retirees and anyone preparing to be a teacher. Membership is unified with  members belonging to their local/parish association, statewide association (LAE) and the national association--National Education Association (NEA).  Dues are paid by payroll deduction, personal check, or monthly bank draft through your personal checking account. The membership year is from September 1st to August 31st, and you can enroll at any time.CLICK HERE to get started.
